Diagnotes Brand Refresh

Diagnotes is a HIPAA-compliant clinical communication and collaboration platform. Half a year into the Covid pandemic, their marketing assets did not reflect new realities around Covid protocols, telehealth, physician burnout, and data privacy. The founder was also pitching investors at this time.

As a solution, Christina expanded on the brand guide and marketing assets to be more engaging, human, and eye-catching. To add a warmer voice to the product marketing, she expanded the color palette, introduced a playful style of stock illustration in the infographics, and curated a library of human relationship-centered photos.

Deliverables included an expanded style guide, an icon and stock photo library, a suite of infographics, a website redesign, and templates for presentation decks, articles, social media assets, and one-pagers.

Within 18 months, Diagnotes was acquired by DrFirst.
